Yep, here's the recipe for one of Alfred Hitchcock's favorite dishes, featured in To Catch a Thief (1955).
Which all goes to clarify: contrary to certain myths, Hitchcock loved eggs, with the exception of those that have been fried, coddled, boiled, poached or left raw.

I forget if I read it in a book or if it was in a DVD documentary, but Pat Hitchcock said one of her father's favorite dishes was soufflé :-D
